Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it is possible for your order to be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return the product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
