Imagine your child’s face when they first set their eyes on this beautiful Tudor style Cubby House.
Straight out of a fairy tale, this enchanting cubby house will provide any child with a very special place of their own, where they can create lots of beautiful memories. Where they can spend time with friends, role play and get lost in their imaginary worlds.

The Alice Cubby comes in a prefabricated panel kit which can be erected in approximately two hours by two people. Preparation of the cubby prior to assembly is highly recommended. We recommend using a cordless drill to assist with assembly.

As the Alice Cubby has 7 cartons and is considered an oversized product it must be delivered by special courier. The courier companies request one capable adult is available at the delivery time to assist the delivery driver. Delivery is to front door only. Couriers may also have Authority to Leave in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Special Notes about the Alice Cubby

Alice Cubby House is supplied unpainted and has been painted in some of the photos for display purposes only. We can provide suggested Dulux colours used upon request. Please email [email protected]

The Alice Cubby House must be erected on a solid, 100% level surface. The floor base suggestions are included in the assembly instructions.

The suggested assembly timeframe is an estimated guideline only and does not include the pre-assembly preparation time, including painting, preparation of the floor base or the siliconing the joins. Due to gaps at hinge walls on the windows and door openings, this Cubby House is not 100% waterproof. We suggest regularly checking and maintaining your Cubby House, especially during the wetter months.

We recommend external and internal painting of your Cubby either prior to assembly or within 1-2 weeks of assembly to minimise timber movement and deterioration of timber due to exposure to weather elements. Due to the nature of this timber structure, some allowance for expansion and contraction of timber in differing weather elements & locations must be accepted.

If you do not intend to assembly your Cubby straight away, please inspect the components immediately so you can report any issues within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We recommend to store it safely and securely, either standing vertically upright or lying flat horizontally and out of the weather elements. 

As with any outdoor furniture, the Cubby needs regular and ongoing maintenance to continue to protect it from the weather elements & humidity.
