PIPER Cubby House

Our gorgeous HipKids Piper Cubby will provide hours of outdoor fun for children of all ages!

This unique Piper Cubby House has a large side activity window which allows children to interact inside & outside of the house.

The top and side plaques allow for extra personalisation. In harsher weather conditions or when not in use, the removable window cover (provided with the kit) can be fitted in the window opening to help protect your Piper Cubby’s internal furniture and fixtures.

Made from Fir Wood timber, the Cubby House comes unpainted in prefabricated panels and can be erected by one person in approx. 1 hour or less. Preparation of the Cubby prior to assembly is highly recommended, see the special preparation and product care notes below.

The Piper Cubby House has 3 large & heavy cartons and is an oversized product that is delivered by a specialised courier service. Delivery is to your front door only. Couriers have Authority to Leave in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Special Notes - Preparation Required and Product Care:

In order to protect your Piper Cubby House and ensure it can provide years of enjoyment for your children, it is highly recommended to prepare your Piper for outdoor use. 

The Piper is supplied unpainted. Our display photos of the Piper Cubby House are customer photos of their Cubbies that have been prepared and assembled in their own homes. We can provide suggested Dulux colours upon request. Please email our customer sales team at [email protected]

The Piper Cubby House must be erected on a solid, 100% level surface. The floor base suggestions are included in the assembly instructions.

The suggested assembly timeframe is an estimated guideline only and does not include the pre-assembly preparation time, including painting, preparation of the floor base or the siliconing of the joins. Due to small minimal gaps at the hinged walls of the window and door openings, the Piper Cubby House is not 100% waterproof. We suggest regularly checking and maintaining your Piper, especially during the wetter months of the year.

External and internal painting of your Piper is strongly recommended, either prior to assembly, or within 1-2 weeks of assembly, to minimise timber movement and deterioration of timber due to exposure to weather elements. Due to the nature of this timber structure, some allowance for expansion and contraction of timber in differing weather elements & environmental conditions must be accepted.

If you do not intend to assemble your Piper Cubby straight away, please inspect the components immediately so you can report any issues within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We recommend storing your cubby house cartons safely and securely, out of the weather elements, and standing in a vertical upright position, until you commence assembly.

As with any outdoor furniture, the Piper Cubby needs regular and ongoing maintenance to continue to protect it from the weather elements & environmental conditions.
