Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Garments
Carefully place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
